Las Vegas Wellness Studio Review: Be Well

🧊 Be Well Studio | Las Vegas

[A Yes & Well Field Note | ~25 min from the Strip | Open Daily | 7083 W Craig Rd #195]

TL;DR

  • Be Well is a one-of-a-kind wellness space offering 15 services under one roof, all included in a single $99 day pass or membership.

  • Not a traditional spa—Be Well is a full-body recovery and maintenance space with multiple saunas, red light, float tanks, and more.

  • Pre-paid Memberships allow guests to bring a different friend each time, making it one of the only wellness models actively supporting habit formation through community.

  • Plans are already in motion to open 6–7 more Vegas locations and expand nationally.

Why This Matters

Be Well is the only Las Vegas wellness studio we’ve found that includes this many full-body services in one visit—15 treatments, all inclusive, no booking required, all under one roof. That scale alone is rare—and in a wellness landscape full of hype and half-truths, it’s also an opportunity.

Because when you see a space offering everything from red light therapy to float tanks to halotherapy, it’s not just a chance to recover—it’s a chance to think critically. We’re not scientists. We’re experienced wellness users with strong pattern recognition and a practice of asking good questions.

Not everything in the room has double-blind studies behind it, but that doesn’t make it meaningless. Some treatments have measurable, proven impact. Others matter because they offer novelty, pause, or just a better place to be on a Thursday night than your couch or a barstool. We value both, because both matter.

And one more reason this studio stands out? The guest policy.

Wellness habits don’t stick in isolation. Lululemon’s 2022 Global Wellbeing Report found that the #1 barrier to sustained wellbeing is a lack of social support. Not willpower. Not money. Not time. Structure. And especially social structure.

Be Well didn’t set out to be a social hub—but their model opens the door anyway. The ability to bring a guest with you every single time is more than generous. It’s strategic. Bring your best friend. Your sister. Your co-worker. Your date. Whoever’s next in line to feel better. Because when you share wellness, it stops being a chore and starts becoming your real life.

✅ Yes & Well Picks:

Strategic, evidence-aware, and real-life useful.

1. Infrared Light Room

Also known as Red Light Therapy or Photobiomodulation. Great for skin tone, soreness, cellular health, and long-term pain management. No heat, just light. Use eye protection.

2. Compression Therapy

Ideal for circulation, swelling, soreness, and recovery—especially if you travel, stand, or sit for long periods. Clinically validated and user-friendly.

3. Floatation-REST (Float Pod)

Elite nervous system reset. Excellent for stress, anxiety, pain, PTSD, and even creative clarity. Best when done regularly.

4. Traditional Sauna

Longevity gold. Proven to reduce cardiovascular disease, support detox pathways, and improve overall health outcomes when used frequently.

5. Hydrotherapy (Hot Tub)

Simple but effective. Hot water calms the nervous system, supports joint recovery, and promotes better sleep.

6. Massage Chairs

Let’s be honest—it’s hard to turn down any kind of massage. These chairs can reduce cortisol and boost serotonin in short sessions. Just don’t confuse them with the real thing.

7. Sound Loungers / Vibration Beds

A top favorite of ours. Early studies suggest that vibroacoustic therapy may support nervous system regulation and vagal tone. Safe, calming, and a joy to use.

8. Salt Room (Halotherapy)

Some small studies suggest benefits for asthma or sinus issues, but most research is limited or industry-funded. That said, the space is relaxing and harmless, and it’s included.

9. Contrast Therapy (Hot + Cold Cycling)

Great for inflammation, soreness, and circulation. Best after workouts or during periods of stress. Still a solid option, but not one of our personal favorites.
