Fitness Studios in Las Vegas: The Smartest Way to Book Workouts While You Travel
TL;DR
If you’re looking for fitness studios in Las Vegas that won’t waste your time or your money, start here. ClassPass isn’t just convenient—it’s a travel hack. With access to thousands of fitness and wellness studios in cities across the U.S., it's one of the easiest ways to stay active without getting locked into anything. This guide features standout studios in Las Vegas worth booking while you're here, plus some Strip-adjacent finds you’re likely to stumble across, and what to know before you go.
What Is This?
ClassPass is a flexible membership app that lets you book fitness, wellness, and beauty services at studios across the country using a credit system instead of a single-gym membership. From hot yoga and HIIT to open pole and massage, you can filter by location, time, amenities, and price. Book directly in-app, see reviews, and track your schedule without calling or Googling anything. It's all streamlined, with enough filters to actually be useful.
Why This Matters
You know the feeling. You're traveling, you're off your routine, and your body feels it. Whether you're on a work trip, a bachelorette party, or just escaping the heat in someone else's AC, ClassPass lets you move, breathe, sweat, and even recover, without the commitment or the fees of traditional memberships.
Or, maybe you’re not traveling. Maybe you just want to try something new without signing a year of your life away. ClassPass allows you to sample as many studios as they have, and return as you please. No contracts per studio (though yes, you’ll still sign a waiver at each) and no long-term investments.
We love it for trying new things, mixing it up when we’re bored, and if we haven’t said it enough, we love to be social. You can share your referral link with friends, or likely discover they’re already members. We love exploring new places and moving with people we want to spend time with.
How Does It Work?
Sign up for a trial with our link and get 20 bonus credits. You can choose how many credits per month fit your style, and away you go. Filter classes by type, location, price, and amenities. You’ll know if there’s a shower, towel service, or parking before you even show up. Book directly in the app. You can even add calendar appointments (and if you know us, you know calendar appointments are our love language). ClassPass gets it right.
What We Did Here
Vegas is stacked with options. While we rounded up the studios that are actually worth your time, we also included a few you’re likely to pull up when searching near the Strip—plus what you should know before booking.
🚨 PROTIP: ClassPass caps how many users can book into any one class. If you're rolling solo or with one other person, you're probably fine. But groups? Call the studio directly. Especially for pole classes, which book up fast and often aren't built for crowds.
TruFusion (Summerlin, Blue Diamond, East)
Distance from Strip: Blue Diamond ~15 mins | Summerlin ~20 mins
Distance from Red Rock Resort & Casino: Summerlin ~2 mins (that is not a typo)
One of the OG Vegas brands that still brings the heat—literally. Known for intense, high-sweat, dark-room workouts with club-style lighting and sound. You’ll leave drenched, energized, and possibly questioning your relationship with humidity.
Try This: TruFlow, heated mat pilates, barre
Good To Know: First class is free when booking direct. ClassPass access varies—book early.
Why We Go: For workouts that feel immersive, tough, and sweaty
Kintsugi Yoga (The Bend)
Location from Durango Casino & Resort: ~5 min.
Location from the Strip: ~15 min.
One of the newest, and most beautiful yoga studios in Vegas.
Heated and non-heated rooms, well-designed with gold accents, natural light, and thoughtful transitions (like closing the blinds for Savasana, or handing out cold essential oil cloths).
Instructors are clear, confident, and easy to follow.
Range of offerings from hot vinyasa to Kundalini, yin, and advanced-level flows.
Located in the booming new Southwest Vegas area near Durango Casino with coffee + restaurants nearby.
Pole Fitness Studio - THE Vegas Classic
Location from the Strip: ~5 min.
These are the OGs of pole fitness in Vegas. Long-running, instructor-led, and showgirl-adjacent in the best way. Popular for drop-ins, events, and bachelorette-friendly programming.
First class is free when booked directly with the studio. Monthly membership includes two guest passes.
Bachelorette party-friendly: private classes available with group pricing.
Drop-ins around $25-$30, with rotating class themes and event locations (sometimes even hookah lounges).
Pro Tip: Book early. Classes fill fast—especially weekends.
📍 Studios Close to the Strip (and Frequently Booked)
Distance from Strip: ~8 mins
Standard F45 setup: HIIT circuits, team vibes, and screen-based demos. Trainers offer form correction and make it easy to drop in.
Neighborhood Bonus: You’re already in the Arts District. Coffee, thrift stores, restaurants—all nearby. This location has showers so you won’t even need to stop “home” before heading out to play.
Distance from Strip: ~10 mins
Not your average fitness studio—this one's focused on healing, movement, and community.
Offerings include pole fitness, S-Factor, sound baths, and small-group journeys.
~160-person membership cap means it stays intimate
The Vault, their secondary space, is a no-mirror, no-camera sanctuary for personal practice
Classpass, or app-based booking (first class just $11)
Not Ideal For: Large friend groups or party energy, they are not yet accommodating private parties (a la bachelorettes)
Ideal For: Emotional reset, solo exploration, deep inner work
Distance from the Strip: ~12 mins
This isn’t your glam boutique fitness studio—it’s a full-on training compound tucked into an industrial park, with equipment for pole, gymnastics, silks, ballet, and more. You’ll see aerial rigs next to cheer mats, and kids’ classes running alongside adult programming. It works—but it’s functional, not fancy.
What to Expect: A wide menu of movement disciplines, lots of space, minimal frills
Who It’s For: Skill-builders, aerialists, and anyone who wants to train, not vibe
Good To Know: The class list looks impressive, but double-check the schedule—some are only offered seasonally or to specific groups (like kids or teams)
Distance from the Strip: ~10 mins
You’ll see it on ClassPass, but let’s be clear—this isn’t a group class studio. Sunny’s mostly offers “open pole” time: unguided, shared practice space with no instructor. It’s a cute little spot with solid light for photos, but you don’t control who else is in the room, and it’s not built for beginners or social connection.
Why You Might Book It: You already know what you're doing and want a downtown backdrop
Afterwards: Grab a snack or shop nearby—Container Park is fun, but this one’s strictly self-serve
Distance from the Strip: ~10 mins
Yes, it's inside a massive adult megastore. This pole studio has been in transition for a while. Right now, it's mostly open pole time with limited structured classes. The space is small and not fully dialed in yet, but it has been a staple for more adventurous, alternative movement in Vegas over the years.
Why You Might Go: You’re downtown, curious, and open-minded
Why You Might Skip It: If you’re looking for polished programming or high-end ambiance, this isn’t it—yet
Note: Open pole hours vary, so check directly before booking. And yeah, there’s a lot to look at in the lobby.
Wherever wellness is headed, we're already there. Follow Yes & Well for the best of what's next.
