One of the Best Coworking Spaces in Las Vegas:

Wellness-forward, KILN @ UnCommons

📍 Las Vegas | 15 min from the Strip | Wellness-Forward Coworking | A Yes & Well Field Note

TL;DR

We weren’t searching for a coworking space when we found KILN. We were looking for wellness in Vegas, and found it here, in a 31,000-square-foot co-working space with bone broth at the snack bar, CBD botanical on tap, treadmill desks, a reset room with salt wall, a gym, and a place to shower off. KILN built the kind of place that makes work feel better.

What Is This?

KILN is a wellness-forward coworking space located at The UnCommons, one of the fastest-growing developments in Southwest Las Vegas. Opened in Spring 2025, it’s the largest location in the KILN family, 31,441 sq ft across two floors, and is quickly becoming the best coworking space in the city. Alongside all the essentials of a full coworking operation, it also houses The Assembly, a separate 5,000 sq ft event venue for meetings, workshops, and events.

We’re featuring KILN because wellness isn’t just about spas or workouts; it’s about the spaces where you spend most of your time.

For many people, that’s work. More than half of Americans now work from home at least part of the week, and while the flexibility is great, the reality can be… isolating. Sometimes you want to get out of your home, and need more than a coffee shop with spotty Wi-Fi and background noise you can’t control.

KILN delivers a professional, inspiring workspace designed with well-being in mind; from a screen-free salt room to CBD botanicals on tap, so you can focus, connect, and still feel good at the end of the day.

Why KILN Is One of the Best Coworking Spaces in Las Vegas

Not your typical coworking space with bad lighting:

  • Bone broth, Sweet Smarts, and Olipop at the snack bar

  • B12 shots, mocktails, and compression therapy pop-ups

  • A screen-free reset room with a salt wall

  • A massage chair + private therapy room

  • On-site gym with shower access

  • Treadmill desks

  • A shared kitchen with CBD botanicals and tea on tap

  • Outdoor workspace with shaded seating

  • Bookable podcast studio

  • Golf simulator for breaks

Wellness wasn’t an afterthought or a marketing pitch here; KILN built well-being into the architecture, with spaces and amenities designed to keep you feeling good and energized throughout the day.

Who’s Behind It?

KILN is a growing coworking brand with locations across Utah, California, Colorado, Idaho, and now its flagship site in Las Vegas.

The UnCommons development surrounding KILN includes local favorites like Urth Caffé, plus pop-up markets, rooftop workouts, and live events.

KILN itself leads frequent member events like lunch yoga, après work socials, wine tastings, and professional workshops, all designed to spark connections between members. It’s part of what makes this more than a place to plug in your laptop.

Our Picks + Special Notes

  • Membership options are flexible, from the Access Membership (day passes) to full team offices. If you’re visiting Las Vegas or work from home and want to get out of your own four walls, this is an easy, professional option.

  • KILN hosts regular programming for its members, making it easy to network, drop into a fitness class (on occasion), or try something new from one of the many partners being featured.

  • The Reset Room with salt wall is obviously one of our favorite parts, just be careful not to nap your afternoon away. We stumbled upon compression therapy during our visit, one of many brand activations that pop up through curated community partnerships.

  • The treadmill desks with window views make getting in some extra steps while checking email seem realistic.

Final Note

Part of our real-life wellness approach: finding places that help you thrive where life actually happens, not just on vacation. KILN is easily one of the best coworking spaces in Las Vegas. If you’re someone who wants to work well, not just get through the day, this is where to go.
