Urth CaffE, Las Vegas Edition:
Where We Actually Eat:
[A Yes & Well Field Note | Las Vegas, NV | Wellness-Friendly Café | 3 Locations Across the City]
TL;DR
Urth Caffe has three locations in Las Vegas, and yes—it’s a chain. If that makes you skeptical, fair. But when something’s good, it’s good. And when you’re traveling, consistency matters.
This is one of the few places in Vegas where you can eat fresh, feel good, and not immediately regret your choices. It’s not cheap, but nothing here is. And if you’re trying to stay well-ish without falling into the deep-fried Twinkie trap or dropping $180 on roasted vegetables, Urth is a solid call.
Why This Made the List
Eating well in Las Vegas isn’t impossible—it’s just more complicated than it should be.
Most “healthy” options on the Strip are buried inside spas, marked up for tourists, or wrapped in a side of bland. Locals know better. Visitors often don’t realize until it’s too late.
Urth delivers exactly what we’re looking for: organic coffee, fine teas, fresh juices, real food, and an environment where you can actually sit, reset, and eat something that doesn’t feel like a compromise. It fits our style of well-ish: plenty of variety, fresh ingredients, and options that let you decide how light—or how indulgent—you want to go.
Let’s Talk Locations
What to Know Before You Visit Urth Caffe Las Vegas
📍 Wynn/Palazzo (The Strip)
This Urth location is inside the Wynn and makes the most sense if you’re already staying nearby. Here’s what that actually looks like.
You’ll enter through the main lobby, which features seasonal garden displays and a carousel—photo-worthy and elaborate, in true Wynn style. From there, the path takes you through the casino, then into the retail corridor where you’ll find an escalator leading up to the second floor. Urth is located in the shopping promenade upstairs.
There was a line when we went, and based on the signage and setup, that’s expected. The line moves fast, and the team clearly knows how to handle high volume.
If you’re driving, park at Fashion Show Mall across the street. There’s a direct pedestrian bridge that connects to the Wynn. It’s free, efficient, and much easier than dealing with the resort garage.
Walking the Strip might seem doable on a map, but most distances are longer than they look. You’ll run into elevated walkways, blocked crossings, and detours that make even short walks take longer than expected. The Wynn’s location is relatively central—so if you’re nearby, this is one of the more reliable options.
📍 The Uncommons (Rhodes Ranch / Southwest)
This was the first Urth we visited after moving to Vegas, and it quickly became a go-to. It’s across from the new Durango Casino, with indoor seating and an outdoor patio that includes misting fans in the summer, heaters in the winter, and a peaceful little fountain. It’s the only Urth in town with outdoor seating, and that matters.
We tend to come here when we want to work outside, bring a dog, or meet someone for a casual-but-not-trashy meal. We’ve brought several friends here and everyone liked the food—even if no one liked the prices. That’s just Vegas.
The surrounding area is still developing. The Uncommons has a Sunday farmer’s market, a wellness-forward coworking space called Kiln, and a mix of other retail that’s... fine. Nothing to go out of your way for. Urth is the reason to come.
This part of town is growing fast. A new Lifetime Fitness and Costco are both on the way, which matters—especially since the Summerlin Costco is notoriously packed and the fitness options out here are limited. Rhodes Ranch is starting to feel like a real contender.
📍 Henderson
If you’re in the southeast or staying nearby, this one’s convenient. Same full menu, same setup, same reliable experience. Probably not a tourist stop unless you rented a car or are visiting friends in the area, but good to have in the rotation.
What We OrderED
Fresh, satisfying, and well-ish enough to keep in regular rotation.
Niçoise Salad — salty, clean, protein-forward twist with smoked salmon instead of traditional tuna
D'Lox Toast — a rich indulgence that doesn’t leave us feeling heavy. The buckwheat toast it’s served on is bomb—so much so that we’ve bought full loaves to take home
Parfait — light, layered, and surprisingly nostalgic (still trying to place what cereal it reminds us of—not Honey Smacks, but close)
Green Juice — actually green, actually refreshing, not loaded with sugar or ice
The menu is huge, and that’s one of the things we appreciate most. You can keep it light with a salad and juice, or go full cozy with mac & cheese, paninis, or even vanilla ice cream waffles. And then there’s the dessert case—massive, beautiful, and totally shareable.
We’re not saying this is the healthiest place in Vegas. We’re saying it fits the way we actually eat. It’s well-ish. And it works.
Coffee, Tea, and Fancy Extras
Urth serves exclusively organic coffee and a full menu of fine teas—not just the basics. You’ll also find specialty drinks like:
Moroccan Mint Latte
Caffé Pistachio
Nitro Cold Brew
Boba teas
Plus rotating seasonal specials
There’s real variety here—enough to keep things interesting whether you want something functional, indulgent, or somewhere in between.
What You Should Know
They do not publish nutrition info. We asked. It’s not available—not even from corporate.
Only the Uncommons location has outdoor seating.
Lines are common, but they move fast. Especially at the Wynn.
Final Take
Urth hits the sweet spot: fresh, flexible, and actually enjoyable to eat. You can keep it clean, load up on comfort food, or split a massive dessert with your crew—and none of it feels like a compromise.
We’re not here for bland. We’re here for places that hold up. This one does.
